NJWE Ltd was set up by Nigel Evans Bsc (Hons) MRICS in July 2020 to offer comprehensive property advice to tenants, landlords and developers in the urban markets of retail (A1-A5), retail with residential uppers, Leisure (D2) and Nurseries, Physiotherapist, dentists, Yoga, health, Vets etc. (D1)
Nigel Evans has significant knowledge across London and the South of England having advised many tenants, landlords and developers on numerous projects. Prior to setting up NJWE he was a partner at a large consultancy practice where he served as vice chairman for many years. |

Marketing of premises, be they freehold or leasehold, vacant or occupied, large or small, prime and good secondary.
Acquisitions of premises, Nigel has advised a number of Subway regions for 15 plus years assisting in over 250 acquisitions. The deep understanding of the market enables advice to be tailored to clients specific needs.
Advising on rental growth and strategy in shopping centres.
By undertstanding the relevant Urban markets advising Landlords on how to maximise their Estates potential.
Over many years Nigel has worked with and advised many major tenants and landlords including Subway, U & I, Gamleys, Legal and General, Threadneedle, Hyde, Berkeley Homes, Wilson Bowden, Norwich Union, Co-Op, English Partnerships, Malda Investments and Crest Nicholson amongst many others.
NJWE has been set up to give outstanding advice on Urban property to previous and new contacts alike on large and small projects.

The career of Nigel Evans commenced at Hillier Parker (Now CBRE) and then as a director / partner at SHW Ltd / SHW LLP where at various times he headed up the London office, was a member of the management board, a member of the company board and served for many years as vice chairman.
